Samsung Galaxy Note 3 owners who wish to work with Android 4.4.2 KitKat can now do so. Following the Android 4.4.2 leak for Samsung Galaxy S4, SamMobile uploaded a test version of the Android 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 3. The build number of the update is KOT49H.N9005XXUENA6. The firmware reportedly was a part of the final test builds for the Note.

Majority of the features in the Android 4.4.2 update of the Galaxy Note 3 can be found on the leaked KitKat update for Samsung Galaxy S4. These include the lock screen camera and the white status bar icons. The update for Note 3 also features a full screen album art for playing music. Users can expect enhanced performance with "off the charts" benchmark scores.
