The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has lived up to its hype now that it's an officially announced phone coming from the South Korean company this October. In fact, there has already been a prediction that the device will see pretty good numbers in terms of shipping.

An analyst from Hyundai Securities reportedly stated the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will ship as many as 11 million units while the new Galaxy Note Edge will clock in around 1 million. According to SamMobile, the lower predicted numbers related to the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is connected to the more complex manufacturing involved in the wraparound display. Given that this is a pretty new technology to come to smartphones, there is a risk of limited qualities and timing for manufacturing to produce en masse.

Smart Pens For Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Besides this, there are already manufacturers looking at the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and how they can better improve the user experience of future owners. One of these is the smart pens offered by Montblanc.

First shown off over at the Samsung Unpacked 2014 event, the e-Starwalker and the Pix Pen have both been announced for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. These accessories combine the stylus S Pen technology with the in-house-made ink writing device that's a signature of Montblanc.

Forbes reports there's even a Montblanc Extreme cover that's being offered for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that would complete the sophisticated look for any professional. Apart from the leather flip cover, the Montblanc Extreme also features an identification chip so only the user can access exclusive digital content from Montblanc.

The exclusives are basically templates, wallpapers, unlock screen and six unique virtual fountain pen nibs for the S Note. The Montblanc accessories are expected to hit retail on October.

Samsung's Tizen Glass Coming In 2015?

The rain of new devices from Samsung does not end there as it has also been reported that a Tizen-powered wearable technology will also be debuting in early 2015. SlashGear reports the absent Gear Glass may now be called the "Gear Blink" and will be backed by Tizen when it releases.

What's even more interesting is the way the Gear Blink seems to want to deviate from what the Google Glass has been known to do. According to the report, augmented reality may be one of the bigger features expected for the Gear Blink.

Evidence of the possible upcoming release was spotted via patent filings, which showcase the design and some features. With Samsung's record of having patents that are not necessarily released as final products, there is still a big chance the Gear Blink will not become an item next year.
