Latest smart phones are being designed thinly so wireless charging became an alternative. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reportedly demonstrated through photographs that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 will sport a QI wireless charging device.

The charging coil will be placed on the back of Samsung Galaxy S4. A bigger back plate will be placed as well that can hold the additional lump coming from the coil. Engadget reports further added that the wireless charging device measures 90mm wide with a curved bed to secure the Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to feature a 5-inch 1080 display screen with an Exynos 5 Octa 8-Core processor, an improved Nature UX software skin, S-Pen and a 13MP rear camera.

No confirmation has been made as to how Samsung will launch the wireless charging device to the market. However, SamMobile reports the Galaxy S4 will debut with the wireless charging device this on April after the special announcement to be held on an event this coming March 14.

An anonymous source further claimed that consumers can acquire the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the Western European markets on early April while Asia can purchase the smart phone before April ends.
