The episode 4 of "Scandal" Season 3 ended on President Fitz meeting Rowan. Also, Jack and Huck have come together to cause the fall of Rowan. The two are depending on the truth of top secret rescue mission on the soil of Iran, Operation Remington, to make Rowan pay for all his deeds.

According to the synopsis released by ABC, Jack and Huck will get closer to the truth about Operation Remington, which has the potential to cause devastation.

In the previous episode of "Scandal," Lisa Kudrow was introduced as Josephine Marcus, and thanks to Mellie's caustic remarks, Josephine is climbing the popularity chart and has become a potential Presidential candidate. The promo of "More Cattle, Less Bull" provides a glimpse of Olivia (Kerry Washington) meeting Josephine. Josephine can be seen telling Olivia that she had a baby at 15 and how many people know about that. She does not mentions Cyrus' name but we know that he dug out the dirt against her in the previous episode of "Scandal" Season 3.

The sneak peek of "More Cattle, Less Bull" reveals that Josephine has hired Olivia to fix her problem. She tells Olivia that she had the baby at 15, gave it up and never looked back. She does not want to use the baby to gain political advantage as the baby is a grown-up woman and the revealation will affect that woman's privacy. She tells Olivia: "You heard my problem, now go ahead and fix it."
