'Scandal' : Olivia Vs. Rowan Pope, Olivia Wins The First Round In Season 4 Episode 7 Baby Made A Mess [Spoilers]

It is Olivia Pope versus Rowan Pope in "Scandal" Season 4. Olivia handled Tom the way her father would have and she got him to tell the truth. In episode 7 of "Scandal" Season 4, "Baby Made a Mess," Rowan threatened Olivia and told her not to go against him. He did that after finding out that Olivia had gone to meet Tom in the max-security prison to ask him who ordered the killing of President's son.

When Olivia questioned Tom, he asked her why she disappeared when the President needed her the most. Also, he told her that the President tried to kill himself. He called Olivia the Helen of Troy, the face that launched thousand ships. And, he repeated that it is Jake who ordered him to kill Jerry. Olivia warned him that the Command does not like loose ends and asked him to watch his back.

Fitz was not happy to learn that Olivia went to meet Tom. He kept quiet when Olivia asked him on phone whether he tried to kill himself. Fitz asked Olivia to come to his office to prove that there is still hope. He described to her how he wanted to make love to her.

Rowan told Olivia to not disrespect him, ever. "I'm the one who protects the republic. I'm the one who protects you. Everything I do serve that purpose." He also said that he has spent a lifetime to see that she is well protected and there is no obstacle in her path. Rowan told his daughter that when he strikes it is precise and it is for a reason and Olivia must not interfere and get in the way. He said, "You never ever chose one of them over me, again. I won't have it." Rowan added, "Against me, you would lose."

Later, a guard stabbed Tom. He landed in the hospital bed and told Olivia the truth, as he thought that Rowan was behind the stabbing. It is later revealed that it is Quinn who paid the guard to do that. Olivia played the recorded confession in front of Fitz. The two went together to meet Jake.

Also in the episode, Huck's son met his father. Quinn went to question Jeremy Winslow about Olivia's photos found in the locker. He just said, "You can't stop, its coming. I'm sorry I can't help you" and pulled the trigger of his gun and killed himself. Joe and Abby kissed. Abby's ex-husband made an appearance in this episode. Joe's was managing his campaign but he leaked information against him and made him quit the senator's race after Abby told him that her ex-husband beat the crap out of her. Also, Cryus figured out that Michael is Lizzie Bear's man.
