'Scandal' Season 3: Turbulent Times Ahead at the White House
ABC's political drama series "Scandal" Season 3 premiere episode is likely to deal with the aftermath of the revelation that Olivia (Kerry Washington) is the mistress of the married President Fitzgerald Grant III (Tony Goldwyn). It is not going to be peaceful days for the President at the White House. He is going to be questioned and "all hell will break lose at the White House."
The person who leaked the information to the press is still a mystery. Goldwyn told The Huffington Post that the person who leaked the information will be revealed "very soon. And you will be really shaken by it."
He also said that "... all hell is breaking loose at the White House over this revelation, and Fitz is kind of trying to regain his center."
Goldwyn does not see any kind of good time, together with his wife Mellie (Bellamy Young). He believes that Fitz and Olivia are supposed to be, together. He told the Huffington Post, "I think Fitz knows that he and Olivia are supposed to be together ... whether they ever will be is anyone's guess, but I think once you know what he knows about Olivia, there's no way you can backtrack and settle for a relationship like the one he has with Mellie."
Goldwyn called Fitz relationship with Mellie "too toxic and fraudulent on a lot of levels."
