[Spoilers Alert: This article contains spoilers from the already aired episodes, read at your own risk.]
Olivia is returning to her office in episode 15 of “Scandal” Season 4, which is titled “The Testimony of Diego Munoz.” The episode will see the appearance of a mysterious visitor who will surprise David Rosen and catch him off guard. This visitor is going to reveal insider information about B-613, according to the synopsis of the episode. The information is explosive as it has the potential to destroy both the White House and Pope & Associates.
In the sneak peek released, Huck and Quinn seem surprised that Olivia has come to the office. It looks like they are at a loss of words. Olivia asks them to find the body of her old neighbour Louis Moore who the kidnappers, who had abducted Olivia, killed after using her apartment. Olivia reveals to the two associates how the kidnappers got away in an ambulance after kidnapping her and used Louis as a decoy.
And in another sneak peek, Olivia accuses the President of making a mockery of the democracy, with his decision to go to war with West Angola. She wants him to go to the Capitol Hill and beg for forgiveness. At the end of this clip, Quinn informs Olivia that they have found Louis’ body and are at the morgue. This episode probably will bring a closer to Olivia’s kidnapping and live auction story-arc.
Speaking about the episode, Scott Foley, who plays Jake, said at PaleyFest, as quoted by The Hollywood Reporter, that the appearance of the mysterious visitor has “ramifications due to everyone's involvement in B-613; the actions, be they legal or not, or if they fall in the gray area.” The report hints that Huck’s estranged wife is the visitor, as Huck had given her the highly confidential files to back up his claim that he was part of B-613.
The previous episode of “Scandal” Season 4 was a Ferguson inspired episode. The episode 14, “The Lawn Chair,” showed a white officer shooting an unarmed black kid because he thought that the kid did not show him enough respect. The episode saw Olivia ensuring that the kid’s father got justice and the culprit did not go scot-free because he had the power to alter the evidence in his favour.
