Scarlett Johansson reportedly sparked rumours that she had secretly wed her fiancé French journalist Romain Dauriac. The actress was recently spotted what appears to be a wearing a wedding ring on her finger.

According to Mail Online, Scarlett Johansson sparked wedding rumours when she was spotted wearing a wedding band last Tuesday, November 18. The actress reportedly hosted the second annual Hurricane Sandy fundraiser with her twin brother, Hunter, at the Hudson Terrace in New York. The 31-year-old was photographed wearing what seemed to be a slender wedding band underneath her engagement ring. The site posted a photo of the thin diamond ring that allegedly hinted she had married Romain Dauriac in secret.

Scarlet Johansson and Romain Dauriac started dating last 2012 and reportedly got engaged in August 2013. Per Mail Online pregnancy rumours hit Scarlet Johansson in March this year, just three months after she admitted of wanting to have her own family someday. Then on September 4, her rep confirmed she had given birth to her first child with Dauriac.

"They say it's never the right time and I am sure that's true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else," she said at that time.

"At some point it is something I look forward to," she added.

Scarlett Johansson may already have a child, but she supposedly has no plans to tie the knot just yet. When quizzed about marriage plans, the actress revealed she is not in a rush to get married. Quoted by Mail Online, Scarlett claimed "being engaged is an exciting time to enjoy and to really savour."

Additionally, her recent Marie Claire interview allegedly also hinted she has not married Roman Dauriac. According to Inquisitr, she still referred to her fiancé as her "boyfriend" instead of husband. Likewise, Mail Online has reached out to the actress' rep for comments regarding her rumoured marriage.

However, if the ring proves as an indication that she had indeed married Roman Dauriac in secret then this would be Scarlett Johansson's second marriage. She was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds in 2008 after a four-month engagement. However, Per Inquisitr their marriage only lasted for about two years when their divorce was finalised on July 1, 2011.
