'Scent-sational' Celebrity Scents: From Selena Gomez to Justin Bieber Fragrances [PHOTOS]
Pop princess, Selena Gomez, may have made her first mark in the fashion industry with her newly debuted fragrance of the same name.
Though her sweet concoction is enough to make fans go on shopping spree frenzy, a few Hollywood celebrities have already created even better fragrances. Included in the list would be Gomez's' boyfriend, Justin Bieber, and singer, songwriter, Katy Perry.
The 19-year old "Spring Breaker" star excitedly announced the release of her perfume in the May 2012 issue of Teen Vogue. After over a year of trying to create the perfect blend, it is no surprise Selena tweeted a picture of herself at the much-awaited fragrance debut. So what's in the bottle of "Selena Gomez" purple perfume?
"I have three favorite smells in the world: raspberry, vanilla, and freesia. Vanilla just makes me feel cozy and yummy. Raspberry is fun without being too sweet. I love how feminine freesia is. It was important to me that anyone who smelled it found it enticing," said Selena to which she added, "I wanted it to be absolutely kissable."
Last year, Selena's boyfriend, Justin Bieber also released his very own fragrance named, "Someday". Just like Selena's scent that is sure to make anyone as kissable as her, Justin's scent according to its description on Sephora is enough to make "him wild" and make girls "totally irresistible".
Fashion mogul, Heidi Klum, also collaborated with Coty last September 2011 to create her first fragrance named "Summer Shine". It's described as a passionate, lively, happy and bright scent seemingly like summer thus the name.
"We Found Love" singer, Rihanna also has her own fragrance named "Reb'l Fleur" which is a mix of plump fruits, plum peaches, red berries and a touch of floral that's best for those daring and sexy like the 24-year old singer.
A few notable celebrities who have their own fragrance lines released in the year 2010 are Katy Perry, Jennifer Aniston and Beyonce. Other celebrities include Kylie Minogue who released her perfume in 2007, "Glee's" very own, Gwyneth Paltrow, who released her fragrance line in the year 2006 and the reality television star, Paris Hilton, who had debut her fragrance in the year 2005.
No with all these fragrances created by these A-list celebrities, it won't be too hard to smell like them or get the attention from the opposite sex either.
