Selena Gomez may have taken a break from the music scene but her boyfriend, Justin Bieber, is still paving the way for an even bigger and better album release.

The teenage heartthrob who just turned 18 last week is creating another "Beiberiffic" assortment that's said to put his "Bieber Fever" up a notch once again with "Believe."

Kuk Harrell, Justin Bieber's vocal producer, says fans of the 18-year old should definitely be excited for the release of "Believe" because according to him, Justin poured out his heart and soul into it. In an exclusive interview with Hollywood Life, Harrell shares all the juicy details about Justin's upcoming single, "Boyfriend" and all the info about "Believe."

"I am so excited about this album and for Justin's song, 'Boyfriend'," says Kuk. "It's a hot record. It was written by Justin and singer/songwriter Mike Posner and music producer, Mason Levy."

As for Bieber's newest single, "Boyfriend", Harrel says it's something Justin's fans won't be expecting.

"It's the perfect transition song for him. The entire album is the perfect transition for Justin," explains Harrell.

"I started working with Justin when he was just 14-years-old. The most important thing is allowing Justin to go through the transition. Allowing him to change from a little boy to a young man."

Apart from working on his own album, the Bieber is also helping out a fellow Canadian artist who by far proves she too has got what it takes to make a name in the music industry, Carly Rae Jepsen. During an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Jepsen announced that she would be working on collaboration with Justin.

"I do have a plan to do a little bit of a collaboration with Justin, I hope you get to hear it soon," shared Jepsen.

Would this mean that there'd be a chance of Justin collaborating with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez? "Jelena" fans do hope so but for now while Bieber is still busy with his album, his "Mamacita Gomez" is off limits to the Bieber's recording studio. Why? Apparently, Selena is too much of a distraction for the Bieber says Kuk.

"Selena does not hang out at the studio," says Kuk Harrell.

"When Justin is in the studio, he's all about business." added Harell.

Given that Selena is rocking one perfectly hot body as seen on the set of her upcoming film, "Spring Breakers", it's no wonder why Justin may feel a bit distracted.

As for Justin's fans, wait no longer for his upcoming single, "Boyfriend" which will be out by March 26.
