Scott Disick Interested In Buying Luxury Penthouse Apartment In Tel Aviv Worth $6 Million
Scott Disick has recently bought a $3.7 million Beverly Hills home, which he reportedly intends to flip and sell for a profit. Apart from this, the reality star appears to have been bitten by the real estate bug as new reports have surfaced that he has his eye on a luxury penthouse apartment all the way in Tel Aviv, Israel.
E Online shared some photos of artist renditions of the 2,000-square-foot luxury apartment in Tel Aviv. The property reportedly also boasts an additional 2,000-square-foot balcony that offers direct views of the Mediterranean Sea. The luxury penthouse apartment is said to be worth $6 million. The deal is reportedly being brokered by Tomer Fridman, Executive Vice President of International Markets Middle East and Europe at Ewing and Associates Sotheby's International Realty.
Scott has reportedly gained the support of his long-time girlfriend and baby mama Kourtney Kardashian in his new real estate endeavours. Scott has decided to dip his toes into the real estate business in order to find an income-generating activity that will veer away from club appearances, alcohol and partying.
He recently purchased a $3.7 million home in Beverly Hills, which was initially rumoured to be his bachelor pad but was later reported to be his first house flipping project. Now that Scott has gotten his toes wet, E Online also reports that the reality star wishes to expand his real estate portfolio, and he has chosen the modern new luxury penthouse in Tel Aviv to add to his list of properties. It is unclear if the property is intended to be another house flipping project or if the family will keep it as a vacation home. Scott and his girlfriend Kourtney have three kids, namely, Mason, 5, Penelope, 2 and one-month old Reign.
Kourtney herself has shown an inclination toward real estate and design in the most recent seasons of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons." She decorated the new home that she and Scott bought together last year and also helped out her sister Khloe when she needed to decorate her new home. Kourtney also wanted to renovate Scott's parents' house in The Hamptons but Scott refused to keep it because of the sad memories it brings.
