Scott Disick And Kourtney Kardashian 'Not' Breaking Up, Rumoured Bachelor Pad Apparently A House Flipping Project
It has recently been rumoured that Scott Disick is leaving his long time girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian and their three kids. The reports were fuelled by a recent purchase under Scott's name for a USD 3.7 million house in Beverly Hills. The new house has been speculated to be his new bachelor pad. It turns out that Scott is not leaving Kourtney and she is helping finance the new property so that it can be flipped and sold for a profit.
The house in question is a Beverly Hills mansion that boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Despite reports that Scott bought the house so he can move out of his shared home with Kourtney Kardashian, TMZ clarifies the situation and says that the Beverly Hills home is actually his first house flipping project.
Not only is Scott venturing into the new real estate project, but he apparently has also received Kourtney and the rest of her family's support, as well. Last year, Kourtney had a lot of fun decorating the new home that she and Scott moved into. Soon after that, she volunteered to help her sister Khloe with her own decorating project for her new house, which is just around the corner from Scott and Kourtney.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West also decided to renovate and flip their Bel Air Mansion instead of moving into it. They have since bought themselves a new home in Calabasas, which they intend to move into within the next month.
Kourtney had also intended to make a redesign project out of Scott's parents' old house in The Hamptons but Scott decided against it since he felt that keeping the house would be too painful for him. Kourtney was disappointed not to be able to handle the renovations for the house in The Hamptons but if reports are true, then she and Scott could be enjoying their first house flipping project in Beverly Hills.
TMZ also reports that camera crews have been following Scott around during his visits to the house. The entire design process is being documented and everything might soon be seen in one of the family's upcoming reality shows.
