Scott Disick Says He's Excited For The Birth Of His Third Child With Kourtney Kardashian
Scott Disick is excited to be a father for the third time around. Despite his initial apprehensions and adverse reaction to his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian's third pregnancy, the reality star has come around and is looking forward to welcoming yet another Christmas blessing into their ever-growing family.
Scott and Kourtney are already parents to two kids. Mason is turning five on Dec. 5 while their daughter Penelope is two years old. Scott told People magazine that he's excited for the birth of their third child when he was interviewed in Las Vegas last weekend.
"I've been there before and I'm excited." said Scott when he was asked about his new bundle of joy. This reaction is a complete turnaround to his initial reaction when Kourtney told him that she was pregnant, earlier this year. The big announcement was filmed and shown in an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Kourtney simply told Scott the news while they were having a private moment at home and Scott completely freaked out.
"You keep suckering me into more kids." he said. He also went on to accuse Kourtney of lying to him and manipulating things in their relationship without thinking about what he wanted. He said that he couldn't even take care of himself and that it scared him to think about having yet another child.
After finding out about the pregnancy, things didn't improve much for the couple, as they continued to struggle with more issues when they went to The Hamptons for the summer. The recent episodes of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons" have shown footage of the fights between the two and have exposed their issues. Scott has since checked into a rehab and the pair have been through some therapy to help them sort out their issues. Apart from his apprehensions about the baby, Scott has also been dealing with the loss of both his parents late last year.
Scott told People that he does not have a straight answer on how he was able to cope with the loss of his parents. He said that thinking positive and hoping for the best has got him through the tough times.
