No new episode of horror-comedy series “Scream Queens” aired this week,sc but FOX’s TV series is expected to return with a bang after Halloween. With the finale of “Scream Queens” drawing near, series creator Ryan Murphy teases in an interview what the fans can expect in the last episode.

Entertainment Weekly (EW) reports that “Scream Queens” cast members Emma Roberts (Chanel Oberlin), Lea Michele (Hester Ulrich/Chanel #6) and Keke Palmer (Zayday Williams) already received the script of episode 13. However, series creator Ryan Murphy revealed to EW’s Tim Stack at the EW Fest in New York City that the script the “Scream Queens” stars received does not include the episode’s last act.

Murphy further teased on what the fans can expect in the finale of “Scream Queens” during the interview. According to Murphy, there will be a lot of flashbacks, story twists and turns because the Red Devil killer is revealed.

“We spent a lot of time taking the audience through how the killer got away with what they got away with,” Murphy teased. Meanwhile, the cast members of “Scream Queens” have shared their theories on who the mysterious Red Devil killer in an interview with TVGuide.

The pilot series’ second episode has revealed that Dickie Dollars Scholars fraternity member Boone Clemens (Nick Jonas) is an accomplice of the Red Devil killer. Then, the fifth episode titled “Pumpkin Patch” also revealed that Kappa Kappa Tau (KKT) sorority’s national president Gigi Caldwell (Nasim Pedrad) works with the Red Devil killer but she is the one giving the orders on who they will target next.

The fans are now eager to find out who dons the Red Devil costume and kills the members of the Dickie Dollars Scholars fraternity and Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. “I think I could be the killer,” Roberts, who portrays the KKT president Chanel Oberlin, told TV Guide.

Roberts’ co-star Skyler Samuels, who portrays KKT pledge Grace Gardner, thinks the killer is “Scream Queens” character Hester Ulrich/Chanel #6. Lea Michele, who portrays Hester or formerly known as “Neckbrace,” has admitted that she would be honoured to be the Red Devil killer.

“Scream Queens” airs on Tuesday nights at 9/8c on FOX. The horror-comedy series will return with episode 7 titled “Beware of Young Girls” on Nov. 3.
