Are the rumors true about celebrity couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson?

Whispers and blog entries are popping around the Web suggesting the famous "Twilight" couple being engaged and planning a secret wedding just like their movie counterparts Bella and Edward.

If the rumors are true it would be one gigantic celebration party for their fans all over the world. Maybe a few sobs and broken- hearted teenagers as well since their favorite on-screen vampire would no longer be available.

How long have these two been at it and if they do plan to tie the knot, aren't they too young to be doing so? For one thing, they have been dating far longer than Kim Kardashian's and Kris Humphries' marriage.

The couple have been dating since 2008 despite trying to hide it. It was obvious they were even when they tried to dodge the subject in interviews. In separate interviews, Pattinson did not deny his relationship with Stewart when Anne Curry congratulated him on his success of which included his "beautiful girlfriend". What did Pattinson reply to this?

"Thank You!" said the actor. Well that explains the sobfest and all those trending topics on Twitter about the pair.

In the British edition of GQ, Stewart also had her share of dropping the bombs on her fans simply by saying she wanted to see more of the country because of her stating that "my boyfriend is English."

If that isn't enough proof to prove they've been dating then what else do people want? Fans are probably waiting for that big sparkly ring on Stewarts' left ring finger just like her film counterpart, Bella Swan.

So have they tied the knot or not? Rumors are spreading like wildfire saying that an intimate ceremony already took place at Britain's Isle of Wight and that the two are currently deciding where to build their love nest.

However before anyone gets hurt, these rumors are not true. Gossip Cop had reached out to the sources and revealed there are absolutely no wedding plans in the works.

The two are currently living together in London but it doesn't necessarily point out to wedding bells.

Fans will have to wait out a bit longer then before these two decide on marriage.
