Supermodel ex-girlfriend of A-list actor, Sean Penn, Jessica White has turned down the offer to enter plea deal over the fistfight in New York in October last year.

White is facing assault and harassment charges filed by 28-year-old Vanessa Kian who alleged that the 26-year-old model has repeatedly punched her in the face resulting in cuts, swelling and "substantial pain".

These allegations have been vehemently denied by White, who claimed in the court documents that Kian was in fact the aggressor between them when they fought over a cab outside 116 Tenth Ave.

White’s lawyer, Mark Heller is confident that her client would be cleared after the trial now set to begin on May 17.

"She is going to be completely exonerated at trial," defense attorney Mark Heller said, according to New York Daily News.

With the rejected plea deal, White who appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court in a knee-length striped fur and leather coat, has also disagreed to community service, two days of anger management and $446.96 in restitution.

White’s camp claimed that the model has a video supporting her claims that she did not start the fight over a cab in October 2010. Before actress Scarlett Johansson came into the picture of Penn's life this year, White had been seen on and off with the 'Milk' actor between 2009 and 2010.
