Seann William Scott enters proactive treatment for ‘personal issues’
The representative for “American Pie” actor, Seann William Scott has voluntarily entered a treatment facility citing personal issues
Without providing so details, the representative for Seann William Scott has issued a statement announcing that the 'American Pie' actor has entered voluntarily to a treatment facility in hopes to deal with ‘health and personal issues’.
"Seann William Scott has voluntarily admitted himself for proactive treatment to address health and personal issues," Aceshowbiz quoted Scott’s reps in a statement.
Scott’s publicists has remained mum on 'The Rundown' actor’s decision to seek help and his fans are left in the dark of what he is being treated for.
"He appreciates the support of his many fans at this time," the rep added, calling for understanding of his supporters, said Aceshowbiz.
Seann rose to fame when he appeared in 1999 movie, the “American Pie” playing Steve Stifler where he was reportedly paid a meager talent fee of $8,000 for his supporting role.
But with another sequel, “American Wedding” Scott started to be recognized and was then offered of a number of projects that brought him fame.
He portrayed a nerdy character in Final Destination and a harmless stoner in “Dude, Where’s My Car” with co-star, Ashton Kutcher. He has also appeared in other comedy films including “The Dukes of Hazzard”, and “Role Models”. His voice is set to be featured again as Crash in Ice Age film series.
