1. Taylor Swift posed in photos with Harry Styles and 1D gang
Taylor Swift must have had Harry Styles in mind when she inked “I Knew You Were Trouble” and she made everyone think that he was throwing it in Harry’s direction when she mouted “Shut the F&^* up” (STFU) with seatmate, Selena Gomez while 1D was presenting on VMAs stage.

But it was a completely different Taylor off-stage at the VMAs after-party.

@MTV posted on Twitter a photo of Taylor wearing big smiles as she was posing with her former fling and his friends. This may prove that all is well with the former lovers even after taunting each other through the lyrics of their songs.

2. Lady Gaga flipped on Zayn Malik
A photo of Lady Gaga appearing to be “accosting” or “confronting” Zayn Malik of One Direction appeared online after it was posted by @MTV on Twitter.

MTV could not tell what was going on in the photo. What was apparent was Lady Gaga facing the boys, in ass-revealing sea-shell bikini backstage on VMAs 2013.

Was Lady Gaga giving Zayn Malik tips on how to take care of Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards? Or was she congratulating them of the English band’s new movie?

The fan who originally posted the photo has no clue. But Lady Gaga was later seen all smiles with her sea-shells couture still. All better.

3. Gordon Hewitt Leaving Justin Timberlake on Stage
After drawing ire and series of head-shaking from the audience, Justin Timberlake was finally done with his speech after receiving Best Video award presented to him by Dark Knight star, Joseph Gordon-Lewitt.

Justin wanted to shake hands with Joseph but Heath Ledger look-alike was nowhere to be found and his hands were left hanging in air. Awkward.

4. Rihanna unhappy with everything
While almost everyone at the Brooklyn Center was either grimacing, agape, dumb-founded, shocked, open-mouthed, wide-eyed shocked at Miley’s racy performance with Robin Thicke at VMAs 2013, not Rihanna.

Chris Brown’s ex appear to be unaffected by the whole buzz created by Miley. She remained stiff the whole time. And the only thing clear of Rihanna’s reaction is the smirk in her face, the whole time at the VMAs. Thank God, there’s Drake just few seats away. That probably was the only thing that made Rihanna stay at the awards.

5. New Hollywood Romance: Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller

Co-stars Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller were more than just co-stars as the Divergent actors were seen getting cozy and touchy while seated next to each other at the Brooklyn Center.

Eagle-eyed observers noted that the two are “wrapping their arms around each other's shoulders and cracking each other up.”

6. Lady Gaga’s derriere in full view.
Lady Gaga’s sea-shell, ass-revealing couture was in full view while she was “flipping” Zayn Malik backstage at the VMAs. But it was big of the boys to not take notice of the attention-grabbing behind. With nothing but sea shells covering her modesty, Lady Gaga still has not stopped to amaze fans and critics alike. At least, until Miley Cyrus comes along.
