Selena Gomez may be the luckiest girl on the planet being Justin Bieber's girlfriend. Yet, that definitely did not stop Selena from kissing another guy. So wait, does this mean that the "Boyfriend" has split from Gomez? Or is the kiss all for show?

Before Justin Bieber fans wage war over Selena Gomez, Gomez's' kiss with another guy was all for show. In fact, it was all set up for Selena's upcoming flick, "Parental Guidance". So who was the lucky guy that managed to smooch the lovely Gomez?

Nat Wolff was the lucky guy starring alongside Selena in "Parental Guidance." The serious smooch was caught on camera last Friday at Sherman Oaks, California. It definitely looked convincing enough for paparazzi to take multiple shots of the kissing scene and naming it infidelity on Selena's part.

However, now that things are all cleared up, fans of the "Jelena" duo can breathe easy. So for fans who still don't know who Nat Wolff is, Nat came from Nickelodeon where he starred in "The Naked Brothers Band." The film with Selena Gomez is Nat's biggest film debut to date.

"Parental Guidance" follows the story of Ric (Nat Wolff) and Nina (Selena Gomez). Set in a rock-themed journey, other cast members also include Austin Stowell from "The Secret Life of American Teenager," Cary Elwes and Dylan McDermott.

The film is the latest flick included in Gomez's long list of films. To date, Selena has wrapped up three films namely, "Spring Breakers," "Hotel Transylvania," and "The Getaway." Justin Bieber's girlfriend still has other projects lined up of which include the film adaptation of "Thirteen reasons why" and "Feed the Dogs."

Movies aren't the only thing taking up Selena's time. Apart from Justin Bieber and filming, the 20-year old star is also busy working on two upcoming albums set for a 2013 release. All this hard work is of course paying off for Gomez. The former Disney star is up for the award for "Best Female Video" in the Video Music Awards Nomination where she'll face off against Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj.

For now, the smooches with Nat Wolff will continue on screen and of course with Justin Bieber off screen.
