Selena Gomez Dances In Club As Zedd Watches Her From Distance In The 'I Want You To Know' Music Video
Selena Gomez and Zedd have released the music video of their new single “I Want You To Know.” In the video Gomez can be seen dancing in the club while Zedd can be seen watching her from a distance. In one of the scenes, Selena is also seen kissing her own reflection in the mirror. The song has retro feel and the 22-year-old singer is dressed in party ensembles for most of the part. Selena can be seen showing some excellent dance moves as Zedd sits at a table with a drink and looks at her.
The song ends with Selena going in a backward direction and looking herself in the mirror. The lyrics of the song go as “I want you to know that it's our time, you and me bleed the same light, want you to know that I'm all yours, you and me run the same course.” The song has been written by Zedd, “One Republic” frontman Ryan Tedder and KDrew. The song was released in last week of February.
Zedd recently appeared on Power 96.1 and shared his thoughts about working with Selena. “I played her all the music that I had and she played me some of the stuff that she’s been working on and we realized that there were songs that we could do together that's sound really good. We started working on the song together and recorded her vocals and realized that it sounds perfect," reported Just Jared.
Zedd also added that after listening to Selena’s voice he never tried anyone else for the song. Zedd had been working on “I Want You To Know” with Ryan Tedder, months before he met Selena. Moreover, this is the first song from his album.
Selena and Zedd have also promoted their song on their respective social media accounts. Both have also attended Golden Globes ceremony together. Meanwhile, Selena is currently gearing up for her film “The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving.” She has been cast with Paul Rudd in the film and plays the role of Dot. Rob Burnett is directing the film.
