Ah, young love. Despite being two of the youngest megastars in the industry, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's relationship just might be taking a more serious turn.

The love-struck pair was snapped together at Los Cabos, Mexico, where Bieber, 17, whisked his girl away for a romantic getaway to celebrate their one year anniversary.

The "Wizards of Waverly Place" starlet is scheduled to walk as a bridesmaid for a close friend's wedding, but telling pictures from Hollywood Life indicates Gomez's own nuptials may not be very far off.

The nineteen-year-old actress was snapped with a sparkling ring on the distinguished engagement ring position as they arrived in Mexico. Since Gomez was not wearing the ring in LA before boarding the plane, Bieber might have surprised her with the trinket on the plane.

Despite their hectic careers, the couple found time for some poolside bonding. The teenage pop stars were seen enjoying a beautiful day in sunny Cabo while sunbathing and taking pictures.

This is not the high-profile couple's first trip for some rest and relaxation - far from it. From their first Caribbean vacation to their controversial Hawaii lovefest to the romantic escapades in Europe, Bieber and Gomez have been everywhere together.

They have been a paparazzi favorite since TMZ spotted them out on an IHOP date in Philadelphia.

That pancake run proved to be the first of many romantic dates, and Bieber and Gomez have nothing but wonderful things to say about each other and their flourishing relationship.

"People know we're dating and I like to keep certain privacy. We have something special that's special to me and I don't want to share it with everyone else," Bieber shares in an interview with "The View".

This Mexico vacation must be a relief for the duo, who's had a tough couple of months plagued with rumors of a Bieber baby.

To his credit, the pop sensation maintains a healthy perspective towards the alleged scandal.

"It's pretty crazy [that] people make up false accusations. It's going to happen. Being in the spotlight, people can say whatever," Bieber tells television host David Letterman.

"It's not easy," Gomez reveals in a separate interview with Ellen DeGeneres.
