Selena Gomez may not be that popular amongst boys, after all. Shocked? So are we.

The "Come and Get it" singer recently revealed that she has been asked out on a date only once since breaking ties with fellow pop icon Justin Bieber.

"Do you know I've been asked out on one date, that's it?" I said to that boy, "Thank you very much, but I'm not in the place where I want to date right now." Selena told Zach Sang of "Zach Sang and the Gang" radio show.

Selena Gomez broke up with Justin Bieber last November and since then, she has been linked to a slew of boys. However, now it seems Selena did not hook up with anyone, not even with Union J singer George Shelly.

Selena Gomez is one of the best looking ladies of Hollywood. She was recently praised by singer Kelly Clarkson for being both sexy and classy. We wonder why she is still single.

"I've been very content with how I'm living my life and if that comes, that comes, but I don't know. I'm enjoying being single", Selena remarked regarding her single-dome

For last few months Selena Gomez is busy travelling around the world for the promotion of her new album "Star Dance". She has been giving back to back concerts and it is obvious that she has no time to go on a date.

Zach even asked Selena whether she believes in the rule of being single for the same amount of time as you have been in a relationship; to which she vehemently replied, "I don't believe in this. You'll be fine, you just need to make sure you spend this time (single-hood) doing this, and X amount of time will allow you to do that. If you fall in love, you fall in love. If you don't you don't."

So, we guess Selena Gomez is happy in her own space and is in no rush to hook up with anyone. Not even with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
