Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin once again fueled rumours they are dating. The friends were recently spotted hanging out together in a bar.

"Justin Bieber Has A Hot Date" headlines x17online's report. An exlusive video obtained by the site shows the Canadian singer and Hailey at the State Social House bar and eatery in West Hollywood, California. The video taken on Friday, Dec 12 sees the friends standing at a nearby window and talking. However, per x17online the 20-year-old Justin reportedly couldn't "take his eyes off" from Hailey.

Prior to them entering the bar, Justin's bodyguard allegedly went to check to make sure they had the place privately. Once inside per x17online at one point the pop star even asked the 18-year-old model to dance with him. Even while they were chatting by the window, Justin was supposedly putting on the moves by "biting his lip" as they were talking.

A photographer on the scene likewise told the site the pair was "definitely on a date." Justin Bieber reportedly looked like "he was in a great mood-dancing and flirting" with Hailey Baldwin.

"He's used to girls throwing themselves at him and she's just low key. She's kinda like one of the boys -- but hot!" the photographer told x17online exclusively.

However, Hailey took to her Twitter account on Sunday, Dec 14, to deny the dating rumours (see tweet below). This wouldn't be the first time the model has denied any romance going on between her and Justin Bieber. Eonline once quoted the model when she confirmed he and the singer have just been "good friends over the years" since they've met five years ago. There's reportedly nothing behind their spending a lot of time together other than their close friendship.

As for Selena Gomez, the International Business Times once claimed that Justin dyed his hair in an attempt to get the Latina back. Selena had supposedly been convincing the Canadian to get his hair dyed to platinum blonde. However, Selena seemed to just laugh off Bieber's hair colour during a recent interview with Norway's NRJ radio on Thursday, Dec 11. From the video below the singer could be heard saying," That's for him. I'll let him answer all that" when asked for her opinion on Justin's hair. Likewise, "The Heart Want What It Wants" singer admitted she has no ill feelings towards her ex saying that she still "definitely have so much respect and love for him" (listen to the 2:01 time mark).
