During happier times, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were really supportive of each other. A proof of their undying love for each other includes the Canadian pop star's cameo in Selena Gomez' new upcoming film "Behaving Badly."

Formerly titled "Parental Guidance Suggested," the film has since been changed to "Behaving Badly" which features the "Come & Get It" singer. The film was slated for a release in August in the US, although the movie is said to have been released in advance in iTunes UK store.

While the movie is a testament to the flowery relationship the two had, nowadays, Selena Gomez is nowhere to be seen near Justin Bieber. After an acrimonious split last January and a brief reunion in March, the former couple has made it clear to their fans that they might not be getting back anytime soon.

Selena Gomez famously unfollowed Justin Bieber on Instagram and has since been posting cryptic messages that might be attributed to the messy breakup she had with the Canadian crooner. Meanwhile, Justin Bieber could not care less as proven by his constant partying with various models such as Yvonna Ventura and Victoria's Secret Angel Barbara Palvin.

Selena Gomez, on one hand, is trying to deal with the breakup by fleeing momentarily to Nepal where she learned more about the culture of the country. Gomez has also been pictured having fun with models Cara Delevigne and Suki Waterhouse during a Katy Perry concert.

Selena Gomez's' brief reunion with Justin Bieber has taken a toll with her personal relationships, specifically that of her parents and her friendship with Taylor Swift.

Gomez' parents vehemently objected the reunion of the two claiming that the "Beauty and a Beat" singer was too toxic for their daughter. Taylor Swift, on one hand, did not shy away from expressing her discontent with Justin Bieber as she believed that the Canadian crooner was up to no good for her best friend Selena Gomez.

While their relationship hiatus seems longer than the average, fans cannot help but think that the on-and-off couple would soon reunite.
