Selena Gomez, despite receiving the night's biggest awards, chose to snub this year's Radio Disney Awards. The singer did not personally accept her awards which include "Song of the Year," "Most Talked about Artist" and "Best Song to Dance To" for her songs "Come and Get It" and "Birthday," according to the UK Daily Mail.

Selena however, was not the lone winner who ditched the prestigious awards night. The five-some boys of the One Direction were also not there as well as Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry to receive their respective awards.

But the show must go on with Shakira, Justin Timberlake, Austin Mahone, Ariana Grande and many other artists, the 2014 Radio Disney Awards has still ended a spectacular night for all the fans!

Shakira received her most coveted award, "The Hero Award" for her charity endeavors through the Barefoot Foundation. Justin Timberlake and Ariana Grande both wowed their fans during their respective performance.

Meanwhile, many were curious as to where could Selena be? Unlike her fellow no-shows in the event, the "Come and Get It" singer did not bother to send in a video of thanks for all the awards she received that night. Katy, Demi and Liam, who represented One Direction, dubbed a video and cited their reasons for not attending.

Perhaps we could try asking her on-off beau Justin Bieber? The two were spotted in Hollywood on Friday while the said awards night is going on, according to UK Daily Mail.

While both of these love birds kept their silence on their recent out of town spree, many still believe that the 21-year-old songstress has not reunited with the Canadian pop star, a Hollywood insider revealed. This was after Selena also unfollowed Justin on Instagram together with her girl pals' Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Taylor Swift.

Reports has it that the "Slow Down" singer want to stay away from any "toxic" relationship at the moment. No wonder she's so busy with her career lately and preparing her a new album.

Hollywood insiders are asking if Selena Gomez is now turning away from Disney and is going over to the other side of th fence with Nickelodeon.
