Is Selena Gomez still hung over Justin Bieber? The 21-year-old "Come And Get It" singer recently posted a cleavage-bearing photo on Instagram. Selena was in Chicago for a December 12 concert with Boyz II Men and while rehearsing with her dance troop, the songstress bowed down showing major cleavage in a plunging top.

On Dec. 11 Selena posted a similar pic where she was seen lying on the deck of Willis Tower with the city lights in the background. Selena looked sultry under the night vision of Chicago and she captioned her photo as "Chicago Nights."

Despite the sexy photos, the "Come & Get It" singer hasn't all been smiles these days. During an interview with Maude Garrett from Hot Hits Live, Selena broke into tears. However, it wasn't because of Justin Bieber. Instead, she had cried after watching a heart touching video from her fans. Her fan named Georgie said in a 60 second video that she is glad that Selena has not changed inspite of getting so much fame and she will always stick by Selena no matter what. Still, Selena looked way to emotional for the moment. Was she missing Justin Bieber?

She has been really emotional these days. During her Jingle Bell concert she lost her cool due to audio issues. Some Web sites claimed she was caught lip-syncing. In the fit of rage, Selena Gomez dropped the F-Bomb without realizing the mic was on. Then she got angry and stormed off the stage. Regarding Justin's reaction to this, a source told Hollywoodlife.com: "Justin is always attacked for what he does, so he knows that it will happen to everyone else, especially Selena. He has heard about it but hasn't seen it, but also doesn't care."

Well, why would Justin care about such things when most of the times he himself is involved in forbidden activities?
