Selena Gomez may be current BFF's with Taylor Swift but she always makes a point to recall her first BFF, Demi Lovato. In fact in Selena's latest interview, Gomez talks about Demi Lovato and how she deserves being a judge on "X-Factor." What else did the "Come & Get It" singer have to say?

Back when "X-Factor" was searching for suitable judges for the show, former Disney star Selena Gomez was one of the worthy candidates. However, Selena not once showed interest in the position of being a judge on the show.

Surely of all people, Selena Gomez knew her former BFF, Demi Lovato was a judge on "X-Factor." Both of them being on the show would not only increase the amount of viewers but their status as BFFs as well. Gomez of course had her reasons one of which included the fact that Lovato was already doing a great job at it.

"Demi does a great job. The reason why she is good at that. Demi understands," stated Gomez in a press conference in Milan. The "Stars Dance" singer also complimented Lovato's talent at singing.

"I've watched Demi perform and the notes that she hits and the things that she taught me She even wrote a song about me. She deserves to have that position because she's very young and talented," continued Gomez.

Hopefully, Gomez's compliments about Lovato cheers up the "X-Factor" judge. Lately, Demi is still struggling with the death of her father having sent out a tweet yesterday about sleeping in her father's old shirt.
