There’s no secret that Justin Bieber’s ex, Selena Gomez dated Nick Jonas. But what not all Jelena fans may not know is that she and BFF, Taylor Swift were seeing Jonas Brothers at the same time.

In a recent interview with Herald Sun, Selena revealed that she and Taylor were actually exchanging sweet kisses with Jonas brothers at some point, together. Selena was hooking up with Nick Jonas while Taylor was with Joe Jonas.

“Taylor and I dated Jonas brothers together,” Selena was quoted as telling the Herald Sun by HollywoodLife.com.

The “Come and Get It” singer continued describing about both their ages at that time she and Taylor got swept of their feet by the Jonas brothers, noting how the experience had turned out to be for both of them.

Selena added, “We met when she was 18. I was 15 or 16. She was so great to me. Then we became best friends.”

The HollywoodLife.com noted that neither Selena nor Taylor had their respective relationship with the Jonas singers lasted more than a year.

But both singers had ensured good things would come out of it. Both apparently wrote post-break up songs that helped them deal with the split.

Their strong bond continued after the break-up. In fact Selena and Taylor were seen sitting side by side at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held in Aug. 2013.

And their friendships have helped them in their relationships that came after the Jonas brothers.

Selena recalled how Taylor has been good to her.

Justin’s ex noted, “She would fly out to see me when I was going through something really hard.”

The 21-year old singer has gone through life since then and she said Taylor has been a part of it.

“I learnt a lot from her. She’s an amazing musician. Everything I go through or say is filtered through her eyes and vision,” the “Slow Down” singer noted.

Selena is known for her hit songs like “Come and Get It” and “Slow Down.”

But she has also been working on her acting career and has had a number of films in years. The Disney star was first known for her role as Giana in “Barney and Friends.” But she has appeared in post-Disney films including, “Ramona and Beezus,” “Monte Carlo,” and “The Muppets.”
