Selena Gomez Speaks Up on Bieber’s Paternity Battle
Disney star Selena Gomez said "it's not easy" as to handling recent paternity suit against her boyfriend Justin Bieber.
The19-year-old appeared in the Ellen DeGeneres Show and briefly touched topics about claims that Justin is the father to Mariah Yeater's child.
When asked by Ellen if she's been all right, the young singer said that it wasn't something easy to deal with but she's okay.
"Everything's all good now. You knew that all along but it's nice to have everything out in the open now," DeGeneres said referring to the lawsuit.
"Yeah, it's good to just kind of be good," Selena replied. On a lighter side of the story, the host asked if she could tell Justin to pull his baggy pants up and the young pop star laughingly said that she has told him but "he just laughs."
Selena received great news that same day when she learned that her stalker Thomas Brodnicki was off the streets and was taken on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
TMZ reports that he is to be under a conservatorship and be sent home to Illinois for further medical treatment. Meanwhile Justin also spoke updates on the whole paternity issue on the Elvis Duran morning show in New York.
"As far as the whole baby situation, it's unfortunate that it had to happen like that, that people make false accusations. But things happen in this industry and you just have to keep your head high and be positive and that's all I really have to say," Bieber said.
