Justin Bieber is not the same guy he was when he was still with Selena Gomez. The two had split a few months ago amidst rumors that he was having an affair with then engaged Miley Cyrus. The two still remain best of friends but it doesn't seem to bode well with Selena. After months of keeping hush about her break up with Bieber, Justin was the first to open up about it.

In an interview with a radio station, Bieber spilled his heart out to Selena. It was the first time he done so by saying that he is 'still in love with the singer' and that 'his song "All that Matters" is actually a song about their relationship. Ironically, he was kissing another hot girl in the song's official music video.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Selena is still in love with Justin but will not be reaching out to him any time soon.

"Selena still loves Justin but she will not be reaching out to him," says the source close to the Latina singer.

"He just didn't respect her when they were together and she blames herself for that because she let him get away with way too much, she should have put her foot down the first time he disrespected her and walked away. But she didn't and that sent him the message that she didn't respect herself. So not talking to him is her way of changing that message. She respects herself too much to ever let him hurt her again, but does still love him, though, and she always will. She wishes he would just hurry up and grow up, already!" added the source.

It is about time Bieber grew up. He could also start wearing clothes properly this time around or put on a decent shirt for once.
