After an awakening trip to Nepal, pop star Selena Gomez is turning her life around as she takes back her "power" to change her life for the better. Following the recent split from estranged boyfriend Justin Bieber, Gomez joined a charity expedition with UNICEF on May 20 to get away from everything, including the prying eyes of the media.

Her breaking point is when Justin hook up with "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kylie Jenner. Thanks to the reality star, the singer is now turning to religion for comfort as the break up from the "Baby" singer was the last straw.

"Selena has told friends she's completely swearing off men until she's married. She wants to be a born-again virgin," says a source in an interview with InTouch Magazine. "Selena has done a complete U-turn in the past month and has gone from partying constantly to attending Bible study with a new hyper-religious groups of friends. They've told her it's OK to save herself for marriage and it will be healthier for her."

Now with "mental peace," the 21-year-old star recently shared an emotional quote by The Delai Lama on her Instagram account. The post reads: "Open your arms to change, but do not let go of your values." Although she swapped drinking alcohol to reading the bible, fans of the "Spring Breakers" star are worried about her new obsession with religion.

"They're worried he's just transferred her obsession from one thing to another. No one's sure if this is just a phase or the way Selena will continue to live her life long-term," added the source.

Just recently, Selena's grandfather Ricardo claims that her granddaughter is a "good influence" to the Canadian pop star, that even JB's management teams agrees with him. Now, the songstress is reportedly dating One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan, although the two did not confirm their relationship, they have been linked romantically for more than a month now.

She was spotted recently at Katy Perry's concert in London on May 27 with the British singer and based on some eye witness the two are definitely heading to romanceville.
