The handsome mystery man seen jet skiing with Selena on her birthday has reportedly been identified as businessman Tommy Chiabra. Tommy is the founder and chairman of Royal Yacht, a luxury yacht company, according to Jobs n Hire. The handsome hunk was allegedly dating "Gossip Girl" actress Jessica Szohr sometime back. However, Jessica and Tommy have not been seen in public since last month, thus sparking speculations that the two have actually ended their relationship.

Apart from getting flirty with Tommy on her birthday, Selena also flirted with German model Andre Hamann on her Instagram account. The 26-year-old admitted to having a crush on the "Come and Get it" singer and also posted a video on his Instagram account where he is playing an acoustic guitar for her. Selena publically acknowledged the sweet gesture and told Andre that he has "made her night."

More recently Andre has posted a birthday message for the brunette beauty by playing his guitar with a Kings of Leon track. Selena has yet to respond to this gesture. The birthday girl celebrated her "best birthday ever" with pals Cara Delevingne in Saint Tropez and has been keeping her fans updated by posting several holiday pictures on her Instagram account.
