A few months back, Devina DeDiva would have been "Some Random Woman." But after her hateful comments toward Miss World 2013 Megan Young and Filipinos, she has become the latest punching bag/target sheet for internet users.

"Miss Philippines is Miss World? What a joke? I didn't know those maids have anything else in them. Hahaha," DeDediva posted via her Twitter account. Her ridiculous comment is as ridiculous as her many selfies.

We thought to settle the Megan Young-Devina DeDiva war, once and for all (though Young has not commented on this war, but we know she is all angry over the comments). We have come up with a "Selfie Duel" the ultimate fighting contest between Young and DeDiva.

For those of you who don't know what a selfie is, according to Urban Dictionary, "A strange phenomenon in which the photographer is also the subject of the photograph, in a subversive twist on the traditional understanding of the photograph. Usually conducted because the subject cannot locate a suitable photographer to take the photo, like a friend."

We are sure Megan Young has numerous beautiful friends unlike Devina DeDiva, but still for the sake of this duel, Megan has some pretty amazing selfies with her friends, perhaps from her Miss World 2013 days. She (Young) looks gorgeous in the selfies as opposed to the notion that selfies are ugly looking pictures of people with narcissistic personality and unusually fat lips.

On the other hand, Devina DeDiva, who called Filipinos maids, has some not so beautiful selfies.

DeDiva's hateful remarks were criticised and condemned over the internet by people. As a matter of fact, previous beauty queens came in front and supported Young and bashed DeDiva.

"I read her Facebook page... [Perhaps] she did that because she knew that Filipinos supported each other and ... maybe thought she'd gain followers and/or haters by attacking Megan. We should just dismiss her and not give her the fame that she craves," 2005 Miss International Precious Lara Quigaman told Phil Inquirer.
