‘Seventh Son’: Monsters In The Movie Revealed In Trailer [Watch Video]

The first two trailers of the upcoming movie "Seventh Son" have been released. The trailers show some of the monsters that the protagonist in the movie will encounter along with the main villain. The trailers also describe the main plot in the upcoming movie and introduce the main cast members. [Warning: Spoiler Alert!]

The movie is about an old Spook who hunts evil spirits and monsters, recruiting a young man to carry on the tradition. Tom Ward will be entrusted with the responsibilities of the Spook, provided he survives. The young recruit faces his biggest challenge when a powerful witch escapes and is determined to rule the world as its new queen.

Young Tom will be joining the ranks of an ancient order of noble knights in "Seventh Son." There used to be a thousand knights in the order but everyone except old Master Gregory are dead. The monsters and spirits on the other hand are only increasing. Some of the monsters can be seen in the two trailers of the movie.

The first of these monsters seen in the trailer comes from underground and appears to have roots in the place of hair. The giant monster has massive strength and can be seen chasing both Gregory and Tom, while knocking down trees in its path.

The other monsters in "Seventh Son" are a demon warrior with four hands that wields swords, a spirit that possesses a young girl, a giant bear and a reptilian monster. The most powerful witch in the movie is Mother Malkin, who can also turn into a monster.

The movie is slated to be released on Feb. 26, 2015 in Australia. Some of the cast members in the movie include Julianne Moore as Mother Malkin, Jeff Bridges as Master Gregory, Djimon Hounsou as Radu, Ben Barnes as Tom Ward, Jason Scott Lee as Urag, Alicia Vikander as Alice and Kit Harington as Billy Bradley.

Will the young farm boy meet the challenge posed by the dark queen and fulfil an ancient prophecy? What is the history behind the mysterious locket he wears around his neck? "Seventh Son" may also pose difficult questions before the young hero as he may encounter some good witches. This may make it difficult for him to follow his mentor's advice of killing all witches he may encounter.
