The sexiest man alive Bradley Cooper will be heating up Australia as he will be filming the multimillion dollar movie "Paradise Lost."

Cooper will star in the long-awaited Alex Proyas adaptation of John Milton's epic poem about the temptation of Adam and Eve by Satan and their expulsion from the Garden of Eden. Cooper will portray the role of Lucifer, who is a fallen angel that ruled over Hell.

The film narrates the famous biblical story of man's first disobedience, and the fruit of that forbidden tree that was used by Satan to tempt Adam and Eve away from God, and famously sought to justify the ways of God to men.

Acting NSW Premier and Minister for Trade and Investment Andrew Stoner said the film would bring an estimated $88 million in production expenditure to NSW and 200 jobs in the visual effects area.

"Paradise Lost will see the next generation of post-Avatar motion capture work undertaken right here in Australia," the minister said.

Bradley will be working alongside Djimon Hounsou, Rufus Sewell, Casey Affleck, Dominic Purcell and Camilla Belle.

The film is planning for a 2013 release.
