AAIC Bullion Refineries Group Limited (ABRG, Frankfurt Xetra: 1AB) today announced the appointment of Ms. Shareena Martin as Group Finance Director.

Ms Martin joins the Board having been instrumental in ABRG's development as the Financial Controller of ABRG associate company, ABRG Services Sdn Bhd which is the group associate company developing ABRG's Nabi Ayoub Refinery in Malaysia.

Chairman, Greg Thain, said: "Shareena Martin has been actively developing the financial controls and operational procedures throughout the ABRG companies and she is a natural successor to Bryan Cook who led the Group to list on the Frankfurt exchange."

Bryan Cook and Thomas Yi, of specialist stock market listing consultancy London Capital Associates plc, departed as Directors of ABRG to enable greater effectiveness in operational policy control as ABRG gears up for the opening of its first precious metals refinery, scheduled in December 2011.
