Shark Stunt at Gold Coast Went Wrong, Surfer Narrowly Escapes Death

Shaun Harrington got almost himself almost killed in a bizarre shark stunt that went wrong.
Mr Harrington decided to go for "cage diving" along with Dean, his twin brother. The 27-year-olds thought that they would have a wonderful time with the sharks at the Gold Coast. They took their video camera with them to shoot the special moments of their life. The also planned a title for their project: "The Mad Hueys". Things went terribly wrong when they remembered everything but to use a "shark-proof" cage.
Shark diving is a common practice which is done with shark proof cages. The cages are enormously strong as they allow scuba divers to get extremely close to sharks in their own world under the ocean. Several shark species can be notoriously aggressive and fatal for the diver. It is absolutely natural for any diver to understand that they can be easily killed as the margin of error is very low.
Mr Harrington, on the other hand, decided to use a fragile bird cage worth $50 for protecting his head. Everything seemed to be a lot fun until an 8-foot-long shark attacked him. A professional fisherman caught the tiger shark earlier. The bird cage, for obvious reasons, turned out to be useless for protecting Mr Harrington who starting yelling in extreme terror. He used the cage for fending off the shark and just managed to get back to the boat.
News.com.au caught Mr Harrington claiming that he believed that he would definitely be killed. He said that the shark was "heavy". Earlier, he was told by his brother that they would go for a "B-grade shark fishing tour". It was his brother who suggested that they would use the bird-cage. Mr Harrington claimed that he initially disagreed on the idea.
Mr Harrington said that they did not see any shark before even though he was in a habit of surfing every day. However, he promised that he would refrain from doing such an act again as his girlfriend asked him not to play with sharks any more.
Leonardo DiCaprio talked about his shark encounter on "Ellen".
