It’s no secret that Sharon Osbourne and Dannii Minogue aren’t the best of friends. In fact, when they were working together on “The X Factor” UK from 2007 to 2010, they couldn’t help but lash out at each other every chance they got. Sharon isn’t done with Dannii yet, though. She called the younger personality “deeply irritating” in her autobiography “Unbreakable.”

Both women acted as judges on the British singing competition with Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh. During their time together, though, it was obvious that they couldn’t stand each other.

In her new book, Ozzy Osbourne’s wife has revived her feud with Kylie Minogue’s younger sister, claiming that Dannii’s flirtatious relationship with Simon, their fellow judge and the show’s creator, made her and Louis feel uncomfortable.

“She clearly felt s******* Simon gave her vicarious power and it was so immature, not to mention deeply irritating to deal with.

“The closer she got to Simon, the more I felt she started telling the producers what to do. Suddenly, from being the new girl, she was saying, ‘This isn’t right,’ and ‘Simon doesn’t like it this way.’

“Meanwhile the antics behind the screen had gone up a gear, with her sticking her tongue in Simon’s ear and giggling like a b***** teenager as Louis Walsh and me stood there like a couple of gooseberries,” Sharon wrote.

“For me, it made her so unbearable to work with that I just couldn’t take it. It was horrible. My stomach was constantly knotted with anxiety about it and as each show loomed I would wake up and think, ‘Oh God, I have to spend the day sitting alongside her again.’”

According to the excerpts printed in The Sun, the 60-year-old Sharon called the 41-year-old Dannii “very dark” in real life.

“What you saw was definitely not what you got.”

Sharon had reached her boiling point one time, and demanded Simon to choose between them.

“His expression remained impassive. Simon is used to spats between the women in his life and clearly takes it all in his stride. ‘I’m not going to make that choice, Sharon. I’d like you both to stay.’”

Sharon left the show the next season because she wasn’t offered the money she wanted,” but “the Dannii business was mixed in there too.”

She returned to the show’s current season, though. She’s joined in the judges’ panel with Louis, and new judges Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow.

Dannii, meanwhile, is judge on the Australian version of “The X Factor.”
