Steve Whitmore, department representative of the Los Angeles County Sheriff, has slammed all hopes for Lindsay Lohan to get out of prison this week.

Whitmore said there is no way that Lohan is leaving the facility before August.

"She won't be released this week," he said.

It does not necessarily mean though that she would be staying there for the full 90 days as there's still a possibility that she'll be released as early as August 1.

Lohan's mother Dina and sister Ali visited her on Monday. They weren't permitted to see her during the weekend because they already used up their visiting rights on her first day in prison last Wednesday.

In the meantime, her dad Michael is talking to Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Wahlberg, asking them to visit his daughter in jail to discuss drugs with her.

"My people are reaching out to Robert Downey Jr. and to Mark Wahlberg. I know both of them and Mark is a tremendous human being," he told Nashville radio station 107.5 The River.

"Hopefully they'll see her before she gets out and she'll get in this rehab and get off these prescription meds, and she'll get her life back."

Lohan believes she doesn't have a problem and took the last three times she was in rehab as a joke, even calling it a vacation.
