Sia, the multi-talented singer and songwriter made a rare televised appearance on Ellen DeGeneres on Monday with her face hidden during the performance! The 38-year-old Australian singer gave a power packed performance as she recreated the magic of her superbly sung single "Chandelier" in the same (or rather more powerful way) at Ellen's show.

Sia's "Chandelier" could not have been the same musical performance without the electronic dance moves by the 11-year-old Maddie Ziegler of "Dance Moms." So Maddie was also present in her skin coloured bodysuit at Ellen's show and did her wild dance moves. The set for "Chandelier" was created in the same way as it is in the original music video.

Sia stood at the rear of the stage with her back to the audience depicting the title of her album "1000 Forms Of Fear." However, her magical voice proved otherwise as Sia sung with powerful emotions coupled with equally powerful chorus and lyrics.

"1000 Forms of Fear," is scheduled to release on July 8 through RCA/Monkey Puzzle Records. "Chandelier" debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 on May 31 at No. 75, Billboard.com reports. The album is produced by Greg Kurstin at Echo Studio in Los Angeles and follows Sia's 2010 release "We Are Born."

The Diplo-co-produced single "Elastic Heart" from the "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" soundtrack, will also be included on the album. As a writer, Sia Furler has collaborated with many interesting and famous artists including Christina Aguilera, Eminem, David Guetta, Flo Rida, Afrojack, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Lea Michele, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Kylie Minogue, Leona Lewis and Hilltop Hoods. She has also written for the likes of Katy Perry, Kesha, Rita Ora, Britney Spears, Jessie J, Oh Land and also Celine Dion!
