Maxis announced the release of the upcoming Sims 4 in 2014 which will be applied on both Mac and Windows computers. Sims 4 has promising new and intuitive tools which players can use to connect with their Sims.

According to the EA news page, Maxis reveals the next instalment to one of the most addicting game ever made - the Sims 4. The game is said to be released on Mac and Windows PCs in 2014.

The Sims Studio continues to be driven on innovative and improving the Sims franchise to make it the most successful simulation game. Fans are waiting with great excitement on the arrival of Sims 4 next year and the wave will not fade for both Sims and SimCity finally received their latest game instalment.

Offline Mode for Players

The Sims Hub celebrates Sims 4 not only with the latest features and upcoming improvement but also with an offline nature provided to players.

"The Sims 4 celebrates the heart and soul of the Sims themselves, giving players a deeper connection with most expressive, surprising and charming Sims ever in this single-player offline experience. The Sims 4 encourages players to personalise their world with new and intuitive tools while offering them the ability to effortlessly share their creativity with friends and fans."

Sims 4 Going Back to its Roots

Maxis also revealed additional details of Sims 4 "going back to its roots."

"For The Sims 4 we took a look at the history of the series and we pinpointed what we believe is the core of the experience. So we're listening to fans like you and we're going back to our roots, the Sims, themselves. We felt it was important to unlock new ways for your Sims to interact with one another. So we're focusing on the complexity of Sim-to-Sim interactions and the way your Sims behave," according to the Maxis' representative as transcribed by TheSimSupply.

Maxis promised that Sims 4 will feature "big improvements" to Create A Sim, Build and Buy tools.
