“The Sims 4” just received “Get To Work” expansion pack but fans have voiced out their opinions for the second major addition. An EA survey unveiled desires of Simmer about creating puppies and developing an animal companion for Sims.

‘The Sims 4’ New Expansion Pack Could Bring Pets

A survey via SimsVIP unveiled desires from players about pets as new additions to “The Sims 4” through an expansion pack. Survey reader named John51 gave detailed descriptions on what the next expansion pack should bring for the game.

1. Enabling players to visit hottest spots in town such as posh nightclubs and chic lounges.

2. Ability access exclusive items for being rich and famous such as luxury hot tubs, beautiful cars and a penthouse.

3. Creating the perfect pet companion for Sims from a variety of choices such as dogs, cats, lizards, birds and rodents.

4. Teach tricks to animal companions and get them to enter talent contests. Additional interactions for pets such as strolling and watch them annoy neighbours.

5. New hobbies and skills for Sims to redefine true passion. Activities such as having a ball, practice dance and playing in a group have been encouraged.

6. Giving Sims more define career choices leading to either success or failure such as aspiring chef with dining options to improve or lower career level.

7. Getting into college by enrolling to a university has been added encouraged as well with options to enter clubs and fraternities.

8. Become a celebrity and shine as an actor, singer, supermodels or rock musician.

9. Intensify the world’s interaction to Sims such as weather, natural disasters and seasons. Seasons can also be matched for holiday events and available clothing options.

10. Bring back the magic but more complex by allowing to Sims to enrol to a supernatural academy and getting lessons on how to use spells, potions and more.

11. Implementation of crime and justice such as community service, assume a government position, create criminal organisation and access to illegal markets.

12. More outdoors options based on seasons and locations. These changes can range from winter-based activities, ocean exploration and spending time at the beach.

13. Amusement park addition for Sims to have fun such as carnival games, rollercoasters and other rides.

14. Get Sims to an island by shipwreck to test survival skills, make shelter, gather food and escape catastrophe such as volcanic eruption.

15. New items and locations with interactions such as resort, cruise ship, Jacuzzi, tree house, cemetery and baseball fields.

16. Debut of superheroes to fight crime or supervillains to wreak havoc over town.

But having pets seems to be more detailed among the suggestions by the survey reader desiring very advanced game mechanics for dogs. If implemented, pets can redefine how the game will be played and how it helps create the perfect storyline for Sims.

“Teach your dog new tricks, practice the hunting collectibles, playing with toys or let participate in a dog show. Make your puppy and help them grow,” part of the survey from John51.

Most of these suggestions have been implemented before on previous game titles such as Seasons, Pets, University and Supernatural. But the few list above such as superheroes/supervillains and amusement park are new to the world of “The Sims.”
