A Los Angeles court has finalized the divorce case between singer Christina Aguilera and ex-husband and music executive, Jordan Bratman. The divorce filed by Christina Aguilera in October last year, will be finalized only on April 15.

The Associated Press noted that details of the couple’s split were not filed with the court. Aguilera filed the petition in court shortly after they announced their separation last year.

The couple has three –year old son and they both have asserted their child has remained their top priority.

Aguilera has made the headlines recently after botching up a line in the national anthem at the SuperBowl early this month. She did not only pause for a few seconds, leading her to lose herself during the performance. But Aguilera was also heard making some changes in a couple of words of America’s national anthem. The singer was also invited to perform at the recent 5rd Grammy Awards in a tribute performance in honor of legendary singer, Aretha Franklin.
