'Stan' is the song that tells the story of an unreal guy who was the fan of Eminem and commits suicide after killing his pregnant girl. Apart from this, it is also the song that gave a huge break to artist Dido.

And as tribute and thanks to the white rapper who made a big star out of her name, the British singer named her baby 'Stanley.' The very private artist gave birth at the Portman Hospital last July but it was just recent when the interesting name of the baby and the reason behind it was disclosed.

The baby boy is her first child with a husband writer, Rohan Gavin. It was last February when she announced via her website that she is carrying a child. It was an exciting news not just for her and her husband but also for most of her fans.

Dido will soon step on a new chapter in her life as she turned 40 last Christmas day. She even cancelled her gig at the Academy Awards after she found out that was pregnant. She was supposed to sing 'If I Rise' featured in the movie '127 Hours.' Her song was also nominated for Best Song at the Oscars.

Her debut album called 'No Angels' is where her hit songs 'Thank You' and 'Here With Me' were featured. It made her earn two Brit awards last 2002 and it sold more than 21 million copies around the world.
