‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 4 episode 8 spoilers: ‘Supernatural infection’ wreaks havoc in Crane’s world
“Sleepy Hollow” season 4 premiered last month, and it won’t be long before the show ends with an exciting finale, leaving fans wanting for more, much like it has been the case with yester-seasons. In the last season finale, fans witnessed the baffling departure of Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie). The fourth season, with a whole new set of characters, will be as good as a new show, say reports.
The series’ fourth season’s seventh episode titled “Loco Parentis” aired Feb. 17. Episode 8 has been scheduled to broadcast Feb. 24. And in case you have missed the “Sleepy Hollow” season 4 episode 8 official synopsis, here it is.
"When internet sensation Logan Macdonald comes to town, a supernatural infection hits, via a viral video. Meanwhile, Molly has a frightening vision that could predict a bleak future. Can the team cure the curse before it takes over town?"
“Sleepy Hollow” season 4 is designated to have a whole bunch of new cast members replacing the series’ previous regulars Zach Appelman, Nikki Reed and Shannyn Sossamon. Although the two leading actors Tom Mison (Ichabod Crane) and Lyndie Greenwood (Jenny Mills) will return to reprise their roles, the new season is reportedly going to be different.
The show’s original actors Lance Gross (Daniel Reynolds) and Jessica Camacho (Sophie Foster) have left the show and won’t be back, TV Line reported last year. Actor Neil Jackson will be reprising his role as the Headless Horseman in the fourth season, and so will John Noble, as Ichabod’s late son Jeremy/Henry Parish.

Titled the “Sick Burn,” the “Sleepy Hollow” season 4 episode 8 will witness Ichabod Crane and company dealing with one of the biggest enemies yet -- the Internet. In this episode, the crew will discover a “fire-flu”-like disease that infects anyone who watches a certain video.
According to Den of Geeks, actress Oona Yaffe (Molly) of the “Sleepy Hollow” will be a victim of the “supernatural infection.” (Read synopsis after watching the video.) Also, Crane will be seen doing a horrible job at trying to convince people to not use their mobile devices should they encounter the menacing video.
"People of Washington, your mobile device is a weapon. Switch them off ... now," Crane calls to the public, who in turn look at him like he had gone nuts. Diana (Janina Gavankar) later tells him that his plan to convince people against using their smartphones were indeed futile.
The crew eventually figures out a way to connect to the public. Also, Molly has been reported to have "frightening vision that could predict a bleak future" in the upcoming “Sleepy Hollow” season 4 episode 8 which airs Feb. 24.
“Sleepy Hollow” season 4 broadcasts every Friday at 9:00 p.m. in the US on Fox. A release date for Australia telecast of the show’s latest season hasn’t been announced yet.
