Norway added two more medals—albeit just of the bronze type—on the fourth day of the 2014 Sochi Olympics in Russia. Austria and Switzerland joined winner’s circle after winning separate gold medals in alpine skiing and cross country, respectively.

Norway’s medal haul climbs to six—2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze making them the number one team among all nations with most medals at this point of the games. Two other countries—the Netherlands and USA—also have 2 gold medals.

Austria’s first gold in Sochi came by way of the men’s downhill competition in alpine skiing when Austrian Matthias Mayer beat Italy’s Christof Innerhofer by 0.06 seconds and Norway’s Kjetil Jansrud by 0:10 seconds.

Meanwhile, Switzerland won their first gold after Dario Cologna clocked in at 1:08:15.4 seconds in the cross country – men’s skiathlon event. It was another close call as Sweden’s Marcus Hellner was just 0.4 seconds behind for silver.
