Social Media War As Mayweather Gets Even For Pacquiao Tweet On All Access, Calls Filipino Congressman ‘Miss Pac Man’
The dream match between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao is on, not yet in the ring but over social media. In response to the Filipino congressman's comments posted in Twitter on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's investigation in two objectionable scenes in All Access, the American boxer called his rival "Miss Pac Man" in Twitter and Instagram.
Money May posted several photos of Pacquiao's loss to Mexican boxer Juan Manuel Marquez in his two social media accounts. He said, "Miss Pac Man is broke and desperate for a pay day. Your Pay-Per-View Numbers are a joke." The images showed Pacquiao falling on the canvas, dozing off for a few seconds and rising.
Rappler says the Mayweather rant is his way of getting back at the 8-division titleholder who tweeted on Thursday his reaction to the commission's investigation and Mayweather's alibi that the marijuana use and non-stop 31-minute fight were just staged for PPV buys.
Pacquiao tweeted: "@FloydMayweather's testimony to the commission on All Access' authenticity tells me everything I need to know about his desire to fight me."
Showtime employees claim that Mayweather was lying.

There is no doubt that Mayweather dislikes Pacquiao, his strongest contender for the pound-for-pound king title. Top Rank Promotions boss Bob Arum believes the reason for Mayweather's aversion to Pacquiao is the latter being a southpaw and could dash Money May's hope of retiring in 2015 with a perfect 49-0 record.

After Mayweather's win over Marcos Maidana in their rematch on Sept 13 - which also drew a negative comment from Pacquiao - the clamor for the dream match from boxing fans became stronger.
Although Mayweather could be risking his dream to match Rocky Marciano's 49-0 record if he agrees to fight Pacquiao, the attraction of a guaranteed purse higher than the $32 million he earned in his last bout could make the boxer known for his love of dollars agree to meet Pacquiao on the ring in 2015.
Boxing experts believe the dream match - the real one, not this Twitter shout out - could break PPV records and boost higher buys since the last 2 fights of Mayweather and Pacquiao's last fight got below 1 million PPV buys.
