Sofia Vergara is not only known for her distinct Colombian accent, but for her sultry curves. And on Monday, she made sure that everyone remembers that. The "Modern Family" star has posted a selfie, showing off her nearly naked bum.

In the photo posted on both Instagram and on her WhoSay.com account, the 40-year-old actress is seen relaxing by the pool as she took a photo of herself. It would have been an innocent poolside vacation photo, but with Sofia, her killer curves are anything but innocent.

The picture's focal point is on her bountiful backside that was scantily covered with purple thong bikini. It's not clear if she had her top on, but it didn't matter as she was more than generous in giving followers a glimpse of her skin.

In an interview with U.S. Cosmopolitan magazine published last month, Sofia talked about her body, particularly her famous boobs.

"I have learned that not everything looks good on me because of my boobs. Magazines will say, 'She is wearing the same shape again.' I'm like, yes! So what? My boobs are real. They're a 32F. I can't wear something backless because what holds them up? The magazines would be saying, 'What was she thinking with those sagging tits?'"

But despite the disadvantage of limited wardrobe choices, the Latina beauty doesn't regret having big boobs.

"I feel very grateful. I don't like to complain about things that God has given me," she told Huffington Post in an interview earlier this month, which completel
