In the wake of resignation among major WikiLeaks Party members, Julian Assange might be in his desperate attempt to win voters as he appeared in a cameo for Rap News 20's Australian Election: A Game of Polls video wearing a blond mullet.

The video, which had a Game of Thrones theme, was written and created by Giordano Nanni and Hugo Farrant in a suburban backyard home-studio in Melbourne, Australia for Juice Rap News.

Juice Rap News is a Web site featuring spoofs of the freshest headlines with their presenters rapping as they deliver the news.

The funny video also showed impersonator of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd stabbing another impersonator of Julia Gillard in the back for the parody of Mr Rudd's reclaim of seat. A totally gone-wrong impersonator for Tony Abbott was also shown debating with Mr Rudd and Ms Gillard.

But, the real Mr Assange, in flesh, appeared in the video.

According to the YouTube description of the Australian Election: A Game of Polls video, " a messenger raven has arrived in the Juice Media studio bearing tidings from the land of Australios: Elections are Coming.

In the first few seconds to the interview with Mr Assange, he was wearing a formal smart suit and tie.

The presenter in the video then talked to him.

"Mate with this whole look you've got going on, you've got Buckley's hope of getting votes in from all the sheilas and blokes back in Oz."

That was when Mr Assange sports an 80's fashion with him changing into a green and gold singlet, with an Aussie tie around his now famous blond mullet. Then, he lipsynch to Franham's 1986 famous song.

"We gotta make things leak, so we can get much bolder. Ooooh we're all wire-tapped now. We're being fed lies. Not long til we get all the rats out. Once we turn on all the lights. You're the light that the world's demanding."

Mr Assange was not alone in this kind of brouhaha for the upcoming Sept 7 election.

Mr Rudd, rival Mr Abbott and other Australian politicians agreed to goof around for Super Friends' Round and Round video.

Labor MP Craig Emerson is now famous for his Whyalla Wipeout video after a series of appearances for ABC's The Hamster Decides show.

And who could forget billionaire now political party leader Clive Palmer video where he sung about pies.

Truely, the Australian election of 2013 is a combination of interesting and to say it bluntly, desperate candidates.

As how Rap News put it in a comedic way, "The perpetually warring factions and severely inbred families from across the Australian political sphere are squaring up in a more than usually bloody campaign. It's Right versus slightly more Right in the election to end all elections for a few years. Join Robert Foster as he meets the bloodthirsty players in this violent saga. Who will slay whom? Who will prevail and claim the Irony Throne in Canberra? Who is that mysterious platinum-haired challenger in exile overseas?
