‘Sons of Anarchy’ Season 7 Spoilers: Gemma Begs For Forgiveness, Hidden Clues For The Big Reveal
After killing Tara with a carving fork, there is nowhere for Gemma to run in the final season of the biker drama series "Sons of Anarchy." SOA's executive producer, Paris Barclay, revealed in his recent interview that SAMCRO's matriarch "plans to beg for forgiveness" from Jax (Charlie Hunnam) when he finds out that his own mother is the murderer he's been looking for.
"It's impossible for Gemma frankly now," Barclay said in an interview with Buddy TV. "I don't think there's any coming back from before. Even if she did it with the best of intentions, it's still beyond the pale. You know when Jax finds this out, it's not going to be pretty. And eventually I'm sure she has a plan to beg forgiveness and it may or may not work."
Played by veteran actress Katey Sagal, Gemma is in a dangerous situation as Jax vows vengeance for his wife's brutal murder. Morphing into the Grim Reaper for the show's season finale, the MC prince will be seen behind bars as season 7 begins 10 days after Tara's death. Eliminating everyone that gets in his way, Jax vows not to lose his club after losing his beloved wife.
One suspect that could reveal Gemma's dark secret is Juice, the MC member who helped her clean up all the evidence on the night of the murder. But knowing Juice and his tendency to rat out, Theo Rossi revealed on his interview with TV Guide that his character in the popular MC drama will become "one of the most dangerous characters in the show."
Currently in hiding for Sheriff Roosevelt's murder, Juice is going to use his weakness and make it into his advantage as he also feared for life. He is the only person who knows the real truth about the murder and the only link in the "show's biggest cover-up."
With the show's premiere coming up on Sept. 9, Barclay also hinted that there are some scenes in the premiere that may seem unimportant but has a huge impact on the show's finale. These little clues will provide fans some info on what's going to happen in the final ride.
"There's a lot of events in the premiere, and some of them are very early in the premiere, of what's going to happen later on. Scenes which seem to be just informational about people, actually you'll find by the middle of the season, end up being much more important than you thought they were," the "Glee" director explained.
